THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE. Please keep in mind that there can be delays, especially with Christmas. Please remember to order in advance to ensure delivery by Christmas.

DO NOT LIST A  P.O BOX AS A SHIPPING ADDRESS since BIG POST can not fit our large items in P.O BOX. 

In the event that you have entered a P.O BOX as your delivery address, you will have to call the courier company and arrange a pick up from their depot or we will return it to the shop. If returned to the shop, we will refund you for the car once delivery fees have been taken. 

Shipping will be calculated at checkout after providing a postcode.

Toys for Kids Sydney reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the full amount in the event that the delivery is not profitable for the company.

Returns Policy:

Change of Mind:

  1. We accept returns for change of mind purchases within 14 days of purchasing or of delivery, only if the product is unopened and unused. Returns will need to be brought into store or delivered to the store at your cost (we can arrange for our courier company to deliver it back to the store at your cost). Exchange of item or store credit will be provided to you.
  2. Change of mind returns will not be accepted after 14 days or purchasing or delivery.
  3. If you are seeking a refund in the event that you have chosen to not open or use your product within 14 days, a refund will not be provided.

Repairs:

  1. If there is an issue with the product, we provide free repairs of the item once it is brought into the store or delivered to the store at your cost.
  2. If a part needs replacing, we charge a minimal fee to cover the cost of replacement.
  3. Please bear in mind that we are not obligated to offer refunds, exchanges or repairs if you have misused the product in a way that has contributed to the problem (Fair Trading NSW). Misuse of product entails water damage, damage caused by pets, aggressive use or deliberate damage.

If you have received a product and you notice a part is missing or broken or if the product is not working, please contact us within three (3) days of purchase or delivery.
